3 rd Party Liability insurance

According to the Civil Law provision of Latvia - everyone is responsible for the harm done for a third person.

None of us is protected from the everyday risk to harm other people. Anyone, accidentally, can make harm to other person`s health and property.

The insurance against third party risk takes the risk of harm, done to a third person, on it.

The insurance pays out the losses, foreseen by an insurance contract, caused to a victim by an insurant.

It is possible to insure many different kinds of civil liability:
