Insurance joint-stock company “Baltijas Apdrošināšanas Nams" has introduced changes in its Board of Directors. Andris Čuksts, the head of Sales department, has been elected a board member. Raimonds Lazdiņš will end his activities as a board member due to his new position as Minister of Interior Dzintars Jaundžeikars’ counsellor. R. Lazdiņš will also continue to exercise his duties as Prime Minister Aigars Kalvītis’ extraordinary counsellor for internal affairs.

The volume of gross premiums underwritten by insurance joint-stock company “Baltijas Apdrošināšanas Nams" in the first half-year equals Ls 2.038 million or 1.14 times increase compared to the same period last year, when premiums worth Ls 1.798 million were underwritten.
