Baltijas Apdrošināšanas Nams starts selling mandatory civil liability insurance (OCTA) policies

As of May 23 insurance company Baltijas Apdrošināšanas Nams starts selling the policies of mandatory civil liability insurance OCTA in Latvijas nafta petrol stations across Latvia.

Latvijas nafta is one of Latvia’s oldest fuel retailers, with a wide network of about 30 petrol stations across the country.

„This is our second step to expand the business of Baltijas Apdrošināšanas Nams into Latvia’s regions, after we started selling OCTA policies in the branches of the Road Traffic Safety Directorate in 26 major Latvian cities and towns early this March. Our regional expansion is one of the most significant factors furthering the rapid growth in our sales volumes. It should be also noted that now Baltijas Apdrošināšanas Nams is the fastest growing insurance company in Latvia, said Aleksejs Pečerica, a member of Baltijas Apdrošināšanas Nama board.

Baltijas Apdrošināšanas Nams launched its mandatory civil liability insurance   service quite recently, last December. OCTA policies are also available in the company’s central office in Riga, in our office in Daugavpils, as well as from our major partners, major new car dealers and elsewhere.
