As of September 28 the board of Baltijas Apdrošināšanas Nams is chaired by Aleksejs Pečerica, formerly a board member. The previous member of the board, Ēriks Teilāns, will continue as the company’s chairman of the council.
With A.Pečerica elected chairman of the Baltijas Apdrošināšanas Nams board, the board was also joined by Raivis Ķergalvis, director of the Insurance Department, and Nataļja Jefimova, chief accountant.
E.Teilāns came to replace the previous chairperson of the council, Olga Lukašina. Other members of the Baltijas Apdrošināšanas Nams Council, Dmitrijs Osipovs, Indrek Kasela and Lauri Kustaa Äimä, kept their seats. It should be noted that E.Teilāns owns a 51.01% share of BAN Holdings, the owner of Baltijas Apdrošināšanas Nams.

It shall be noted that now Baltijas Apdrošināšanas Nams is the fastest growing insurance company in Latvia.
A.Pečerica has been one of the chief executives of Baltijas Apdrošināšanas Nams since the company’s foundation in 2000. Until recently he has been member of the board and deputy chairman of the council. R.Ķergalvis has been working as director of the Insurance Department since 2002. N.Jefimova joined the company in 2005, when she took the office of chief accountant in Baltijas Apdrošināšanas Nams.
